No doubt. None at all.

Pete Buttigieg

That has to be a fake name.

Buttigieg is still the only candidate I'll waste my vote on.

Bloomberg can stuff his authoritarian BS into a 32oz Big Gulp and choke on it.
That's as far as he's going anyway.

God Bless America

I'm positing that Bloomberg and Mayor Pete might be the ticket to beat Drumpf and Pence.

That's not saying a woman can't do the job or hold the job, but I suspect the current list of female candidates can't beat Drumpf and aren't interested in number 2.

I also think that Mayor Pete can't win at the top of the ticket for several reasons.

Hah!
Hey Realtime, I need to apologize because I saw this post awhile ago and made a mental note to reply and then I guess I lost my notes. :)

Lol It's a different type of fishing up here, not that deep sea charter stuff but we do get the diehard Musky guys and Bass pros who pizz and moan about everything.

The last couple of years its been this stupid blue green algae that's taking over most of the inland waters, at least up here.

The Kings of Fishers run out their boats and you'd swear it was the first time they've ever been in a boat.
They've been tearing up props like pieces of paper and running to the Marinas crying that's it our fault they need a prop, when all they really need to do is toss the stupid thing in reverse when they windup, but noo (the tourists do the same with rentals too).

Oh well keeps the local machine shops busy rebushing props.
Here's a link of what they fish for up here:

Personally I'm a walk the stream fisherman.
Find a nice spot with a deep hole and park my butt on the bank and toss a worm and bobber in, drink beer and wait for bass and be happy with the sunfish I toss back. Haven't had a chance in quite awhile though.

Sorry this is so long but I don't give myself enough time to keep up online and I wanted to tell you I told my wife we were riding down for bike week 2020 to make a couple of internet guys (you and Teaman) by us a dinner. :)

When she got done laughing she reminded me the last time we went down for that was 2000 and I swore for years after that never again would we leave out of here with 5 feet of snow on the ground, was a blizzard that year and I'm not any younger.

Back to Mayor Pete......

I watched the Democratic Debate last night and some of the spin afterwards. I've gotta say, this guy impressed me more than all the other candidates combined. I don't know whether he'll win the nomination or not but I sure hope he's on the ticket.

I thought Amy did really well.

This is funny because my wife thought Klobuchar did really well and I still want Buttigieg, but whoever it is has to get a lot tougher than any of them are now.

I still remember the 2016 primaries as I watched in wonder as that orange blob systematically took apart some very seasoned opponents.
It's amazing that a flunky reality wannabe who I've never been able to stomach ran over everything in his way.

I agree but I'm unsure if he'll ever gain much traction in the black community because of his orientation.

I agree. She did well. Needs to be not as nice but she did well.

I totally agree she did indeed, and she did it was poise. Her affiliation with John McCain and her experience should make her closer to the front runners. I think her biggest problem, until now, is she's just too nice. A lot of what happens boils down to how much money you have to spend. That and name recognition are what generally keeps the front runners in the front.
