How 'bout that. You're right. State legislatures are held by state ethics laws.

Of course, I was right. I already knew that or I wouldn't have mentioned it.

Then it's the other charges and not the ethics?
Both

Actually several places have it that if you violate ethics that you can be charged with a crime depending on the state you live in. If a state license is pulled than often other charges follow.

You are sounding desperate now.  Cracks in your alternative reality beginning to bother you?

Just leave the cult, turn off the right wing media, turn on to reality, and you will begin to feel better in no time!

Then you can go back to calling yourself a conservative and work to take your party back from the evil nutjobs who have hijacked it.

I don't know about that unless a lack of ethics caused a law to be broken, such as fraud or violate a HIPPA law, etc.

I suppose a state license could be pulled with some ethics violations. Wouldn't it be ironic if in the future a license could be pulled for having too much ethics and refused to perform an abortion?

Why would they do that? Do you think that Putin wants to "make America great"?

Careful now. I may get upset and have you prosecuted for your thoughts.  smh

It's easy now that a prosecutor doesn't need a court to exonerate you.

Yep, nowhere to go but into silliness.  Do you even notice when you do that?

This is what trump and the cult has made of you.  Quit, you are brighter than this. You know that trump is a liar, you know that he is in way over his head, you know exactly how he plays you and your fellow republicans, you know the damage he has already done to your country. Why do you tolerate it?

Yes, criminal law. If a doctor violates or certain other professionals violate ethics than they can be charged with a criminal charge.

I suppose some places have some internal ethics rules, but a criminal law?
