"..BYD is preparing to bring its megawatt “Flash Charging” network to Canada. Will add 400 km of range in 5 minutes, even at -20°C (-4°F) in Canadian winters.

"While American drivers are stuck with a de facto ceiling of 350-500 kW, and US tariffs keep BYD out entirely, Canadians are now likely to get megawatt-class charging alongside some of the cheapest EVs on the market. The contrast at the border is going to become embarrassing fast.".."

I do but the law states differently especially when a child is old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. Had there been a degree of insanity that would be different but since there has not been proven any insanity issues than charge them as an adult.

"The law" used to say that you could own black people too. That doesn't make it right.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2026/06/11/democrats-lead-republicans-latest-congressional-ballot-poll/90511026007/

As the summer begins and with the midterms only a couple of months away, a new poll shows that voter support for Democrats is slightly over 10 percentage points higher than for GOP congressional candidates.

The poll, released on June 11 by Emerson College, showed that Democrats have 50.3% support from likely voters in November. On the other hand, Republicans hold 39.5% support ahead of the midterms.

According to Emerson College’s latest poll, 10.2% of likely voters remain undecided about which party to vote for in November.

Still I hope it is. War needs to end.
---
Just hours after declaring that the U.S. would strike Iran “VERY HARD TONIGHT,” President Donald Trump abruptly reversed course Thursday afternoon, announcing that he had canceled the planned attacks after what he described as a breakthrough in negotiations with Tehran.

“Based on the fact that discussions with the Islamic Republic of Iran have been brought to the highest level of Iranian leadership and approved, I have, as President of the United States of America, cancelled the scheduled strikes and bombings against Iran this evening,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

The president added that a potential deal to end the monthslong war has been “approved by all parties involved, including the United States, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Turkey, Pakistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, and others,” saying that the “time and place” of the signing will be announced shortly.

He notably did not list Iran in the list of “all parties involved,” and the Iranian government has not publicly weighed in on Thursday.

In the Oval Office on Thursday, Trump said he believed Tehran had approved the agreement, which he clarified was a memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran. He said he expects the agreement to be finalized “over the next few days” and potentially signed by Vice President JD Vance at an event in Europe.

"Cubs go all the way again."

This is better than the original.

I've heard lyrics to that version too.
I liked original lyrics but good for newer inclusions
