Well, I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and peanut butter on toast for breakfast. I also had peanut butter yesterday and peanut butter and crackers for a late night snack. I’m kinda afraid to consume much more peanut butter. LOL

I went with the ham and cheese. It was okay.

Thankfully I only have one more day of this antibiotic!!!! Yay!
Yeah on the one more day!! Yes, I know what you mean about getting tired of peanut butter.
Tonight is easy cheesy enchiladas.

When in doubt, power out.

I enjoy Chinese but I don’t think I’ve ever eaten steamed dumplings. I stopped eating Chinese when the pandemic started. I know that sounds awful and I’m not racist in that regard. It’s just that since there’s never been any definitive determination about where the virus actually came from, I became leery. I’m pretty sure over half a million people didn’t die from eating Chinese but it did make me feel uncomfortable for a while.

I had a big ole cheeseburger with fried onions, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. It was good.

That sounds good.
We had Dominoes as didn't feel well to cook, just a nagging headache all day.

Ooohhh Sorry about the headache but I do love some Dominos!! We have one with the drive thru about 3 miles from me. My grand babies love the cheesy bread from there so when I have them we’ll often get the $5.99 deal with a medium cheese pizza and an order of the cheesy bread. They’ll gobble it up like little starving puppies.

Thank you, I think it was a change in the weather. The sandwiches they make are good also.

Tonight I ate Mexican with my Son, Daughter In Law, and 3 precious grandchildren before church. I had Polo Monterey. It was really good.

A good friend of mine and I went and did some serious retail therapy. Found a show store that if you could fill a basket all the shoes were 28.00, let me tell you, I was in nirvana and came home with like 20 new pair of shoes that were like 2.00 a pair. Blowfish, B.O.C. Sketchers and Earth Origins. She had made supper for it and it was like sweet and sour pork chops.
Today is ham, potato salad,  baked beans,  deviled eggs,  rolls and cherry cheese cake.

OMG That is awesome on the shoes! Good for you! I would’ve been in Heaven.

Yum, Easter dinner sounds wonderful! We’re having grilled steaks, broccoli, baked potatoes, salad, green beans, rolls, and cheesecake for dessert.
