Today I am cooking Chicken and Dumplings (my grandmother's recipe.) Mashed potatoes, green beans, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. I wanted corn bread but I decided not to make any.

I had green beans for supper. LOL As usual, I couldn’t decide and I wasn’t real hungry so after staring in the fridge and the cabinets and walking away then doing it again, I finally just grabbed a can of green beans and heated them up.

A garden burger, vegan cheddar cheese, fresh spinach & kale, miso Mayo on a vegan bun. Really good! I haven't eaten for 11 days!

I don't want to be to nosy, but is there a reason you haven't eaten in 11 days? My sister does the Daniel fast every year but she still eats some things. Anyway, I admire your menu choices. I am a comfort food Junk Food Junkie.

Not positive but think it is because she has been sick.

Liking the vibe of this thread right now. The Media thread is a bit too intense right now. Damn...

Need to get the ingredients for a pot of Chicken Noodle Soup for my daughter. She tested positive for CoVid today. I'm going to make a pot of veggie soup for me.

We had vegetable beef soup that I had made the other day. It is good on a cold day.
