Roast in the instantpot with mashed potatoes, gravy and steamed carrots. That is supper tonight
I have a pressure cooker that I’ve used a lot but I don’t have an InstantPot. I’d like to have one but I also want an air fryer. Don’t know which I’ll get first.

Hope your dinner turns out good! I like to put my potatoes, carrots, and onions in with my roast when I fix it in the slow cooker. Can you do that in the Instant Pot as well?

Not at all sure what dinner will be tonight. I’ve been a bit under the weather so I’m sure it’ll be something simple. I don’t have much of an appetite.

Yes, ma'am, you can add the vegetables, here is how I did it. When the pressure cooker went off, I added my vegetables and reset it for 2-3 minutes and they tasted just like they had when I did them in crockpot.
Hope you get to feeling better.

Oh I see...I thought you were doing the roast now. See, I’m really kinda out of it. That sounds reasonable and it’s what I would do with the pressure cooker sort of.

Thanks and enjoy your Dominos! Have you ever had the cheesy bread from Dominos? It’s really good. I bet your kids would like it. I’m sure it’s not good for you at all. LOL

No worries, we had roast on Thursday night and pizza last night. Yeah, the cheesy bread is probably not good for me. Lol

Soup sounds good! I've had fruit and a Red Bull (not exactly the best meal!) Heading out to pick up some groceries.

Wow, that all sounds good. I had Roast, mashed cauliflower, and sliced tomatoes. I have to watch my carbs so I’m learning a whole new way of eating.

The roast was wonderful. The mashed cauliflower wasn’t as bad as I expected and of course, tomatoes are 🍅.

Thanks PL, I’m working on getting better. LOL
