A good friend got me an Air Fryer for Christmas.....and I just tried it out! 😃
Meal of the day: Ore-Ida Fast food fries....delicious!! 😋

I got an air fryer for Christmas last year.  I pretty much use it to cook everything.  I can cook a 2 pound pork loin in about 30 minutes.

I have people who have an instapot and have said the same thing. I may get one in a few weeks.

My air fryer is an Instant...the big one.  It is worth a few extra bucks to get the big one.

I’ve only used it for fries so far...but I found a recipe for chicken I want to try.

For New Years Pork Roast and Sauerkraut.

Germans have been eating pork and sauerkraut on New Year's for generations because they believe it brings good luck (viel glück in German). ... That's why in Ohio and Pennsylvania, which received many German immigrants in the 17th and 18th centuries, people are almost religious about this delicious duo.
