Spaghetti Bolognese made with Quorn mince, Lloyd Grossman Sauce and roasted vegetables on top with grated cheese. My speciality dinner ! 😅

I had Hot Brown curbside pickup from a wonderful local restaurant along with a salad. It was absolutely scrumptious, however I only took a few bites. My son called just as I started to enjoy it. When I told him what I was doing he said, “Man, I’d love to have some Hot Brown”. Well.....this Momma can’t resist. I told him there was plenty here for him, stopped eating, closed the container, and waited for him to show up.
