Know but I was going to use it for dinner tomorrow. My daughters Bday is tomorrow so her favorite meal is beef manhattan. Now I gotta get more. 😁
Well, just think you get more and hopefully more left overs

We decided to go out to lunch instead. It’s too hot to cook so we went to a deli where we could get cold food. They have such a good menu it’s hard to decide. But we both chose club sandwiches.

I can’t take it spicy anymore. I get mine mild but it’s still good.
I also love Thai but I haven’t had any in a very long time. We have an excellent Thai Restaurant here where I live but with the virus I’m not sure how they’re doing. I know they were always closed the entire month of July and part of August while they went home to Thailand. I love their food and I always got curry puffs regardless of what meal I got. Yum!

Tonight I’m having fried green tomatoes and I doubt I’ll have anything else with them.

Yeah, fried green tomatoes are one of those things you either love or hate and like you, I’m quite fond of them myself. I tried freezing some green tomatoes once so I could have some in the winter but it didn’t work real well. I’m thinking I could probably fry some and freeze them but Lord have mercy, they don’t stay on that plate long enough for me to get them in the freezer. 😳

I love spaghetti too and it freezes real well. Enjoy!

I saw some recipe where someone freeze dried the green tomatoes and then used them for fried green tomatoes.  I don't know if that would work or not.

Love fried green tomatoes. I was the only one in the house that did. Hubby and the kids wouldn’t touch them.

Tonight is breakfast for supper.

That’s my absolute favorite meal but I can never eat it all. The potato tends to fill me up so I try to just nibble on it then I end up with 2 meals. Do you eat the skin on the baked potato? When I was a child I was a very picky eater and when it came to potatoes, all I would eat were the skins. LOL I guess I’ve always been a little odd.

I’m not sure what I’m having tonight but since it’s after 7, I should probably figure it out. LOL I’ll think of something I guess. I’m not in the mood to cook.

Change of plans, didn't have green peppers to put in chili so I am fixing short ribs, baked beans and potato salad for supper.

Mustard with a side of bratwurst and some mixed veggies cooked in butter and then I melt America cheese in it (for some things you can't beat America cheese ... I prefer America  cheese over cheddar in an omelette too ... it has more flavor).  Glass of milk.

No carbs.
