Went to a local restaurant here that I had been wanting to try. It was a buffet but the waitress serve your plate the way you like it. I had shrimp, catfish, hush puppies,  white beans and turnip greens with cornbread.

I had leftovers from Thursday which consisted of round steak with red & green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and lots of seasoning, leftover peas, leftover macaroni, and leftover corn on the cob. It was delicious but the remainder of steak will go in the freezer and the remainder of the veggies will be fed to the garbage disposal.

Sounds good. We fed the rest of the roast we had and carrots to our dogs. They love it.

I saw this recipe on The Pioneer Woman. Sometimes she is a little dorky but this sounded really good.
Fry up maple bacon or peppered jack bacon, any bacon will really work-remove bacon but don't drain the grease.
Grill chicken or use skillet that bacon was cooked in. If grilling brush chicken with that bacon grease.
Top chicken with bacon and then top with grated  cheddar cheese and let melt. Viola, sandwiches.
