I followed your recipe to a tee except for the sausage and it was no less than delicious....
Thanks for that...I kept it for future reference....Tomorrow I am going to make poor man's lobster with some cod fillets...
I will use regular sausage like you did next time.

Me too I just don't have the proper ingredients and I won't go to the store because of the virus...LOL

Coincidentally I just made PLs  crockpot sausage recipe but used country style pan sausage and it was pretty darn good...

That does sound good.

(20-ounce) bag Simply Potato Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
32 oz chicken broth
1/2 cup shredded carrots
7 slices of bacon, cooked and diced (reserve 2 sliced for toppings)
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup onion diced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoon flour
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Into a 4-5qt crockpot, add in potatoes, carrots, bacon, broth, water, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook on HIGH 3 hours. or LOW for 6 hours.
Loaded Crockpot Hash Brown Potato Soup - Step 2
Once cooking time is done, whisk flour and cream together until smooth. Add to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 30 minutes. Next add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Loaded Crockpot Hash Brown Potato Soup -

I copied that the last time I was on here.
It's what we had for dinner today.

The only complaint I had was it was too watery but still good.
Next time she'll either use more hash browns and or flour.

Thanks
Jimmy

Last night I made Chicken Fajitas. Tonight I will also have Fajitas or maybe Nacho Fajitas and then I will probably freeze the remainder of the Fajita stuff.

.
That sounds so good. I like chicken fajita salad that I order at one of our Mexican restaurants.  Be glad when I can sit in and eat there instead of ordering it to go.
