Steak tonight with baked potatoes.  Actually doing the overnight chicken casserole for tomorrow night and baking enough chicken to do chicken noodle soup this week also.

Left over park tenderloin that I chopped up and cooked in onion gravy ... asparagus brushed with olive oil and topped with parmesan, and some almonds.

I cracked yesterday and had a Wendy's jalapeño triple cheeseburger and chili, lol.

It had been 3 weeks since I had any bread or anything super carby.  I was still in a large calorie deficit for the day so it won't kill me.

I have not been to sonic much, but there is one by me and I think that is only place I have been.

They don't mess up shakes but every time I have ordered food it's been meh.  First time I ordered cheese sticks and all the cheese was gone inside them cause they were cooked too long ... I don't remember what else has happened but now I associate it with bad food.  So I won't ever go there anymore except for a shake.
