Lasagna with extra cheese, fresh garden salad, buttered peas, Italian bread and for dessert  Peach-Crisp-A-La-Mode

My son's favorite. I thought I would fix it for him since he isn't that fond of garden vegetables like I am.I know he hates seeing green beans and fried tomatoes as much as he has this summer. I thought I would be nice today.
I like lasagna but it is something I am not good at fixing homemade.  I am.thinking tonight we will have chicken stir fry. Or BLT's, daughter has volleyball practice  and son is working.

BLT's is one of my go to meals. Cheese and crackers are too. My kids are all out of school, so I have no more practices. I probably will go with my granddaughter once she gets started. I miss that sometimes.

Here's an easy one and healthier than cheese it crackers.
Take any type of cheese that you like.
Slice it into 4 small pieces. I use cheese that I would use on sandwiches.
Place on a parchment paper cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 for 30 minutes.
