Thanks. Been on a Asian cuisine meal lately.
I get into that too once in a while but it always seems that I lack a special ingredient lol.....
Gonna have a salmon filet with potato pancakes and  freshly picked fiddleheads...

Was going to do Italian chivken but don't have an ingredient for that for tonight so pork roast with onions, potatoes  and carrots slow cooking.

That's always a family winner....Don't know what to have for dinner....It's warm today so maybe I'll walk down to the creek and try my luck catching brook trout....They would be good fried in butter with rice cooked with celery and onion....I could cook some venison or bear but I am sick of both after eating it for most of the winter..... Cowslips and young nettle shoots might be up too. will look for some today too
