Paqui Tropical Jalapeno Tortilla Chips with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole as an appetizer. Spinach salad, roasted brussel spouts, corn, grilled salmon for dinner. Butter Chardonnay.

Dinner is at 6:00!

Went to the Pumphouse Brewery last night (watched the Av's play) - portobello mushroom sandwich with sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions, sauteed spinach, swiss cheese, crispy artichokes - and onion rings - I'll have the leftover half and o rings for lunch later. Not sure about dinner yet....maybe a movie....
