Oh my Goodness!!! It was so good and so satisfying! I ate every bite of my piece of fish and all of my shrimp. I must’ve been hungrier than I thought. I didn’t eat all of my broccoli or any of my green beans but that’ll be lunch tomorrow. LOL I usually have 1/2 a piece of fish left as well but not tonight.
We went when they reopened restaurants a while back and  I got some seafood platter, fish, crab cakes, shrimp, hushpuppies and a baked potato. I must have been starving that night as I ate it all. Lol

I also like doing chicken and rice as a soup too.
When in doubt, power out.

My chicken and rice dish is pretty easy, cook your rice, then add a can of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup, can of mushrooms and one packet of onion soup mix. Put in a casserole dish, add chicken on top and add another packet of onion soup mix. Bake 350 for 1 hour. I also add broccoli to this.

That was the plan but I was out of tuna. I had egg salad already made so I used it.

I was able to round up all my kids at the house. It's like herding cats... I grilled steaks and we had baked potatoes, roasted broccoli and we celebrated the birthday of my number 2 son who just turned 23. Oh, and cupcakes!
When in doubt, power out.
