I had wondered about that because the guy who was charged with domestic abuse against me family member had as a guest annonymously posted horribly derogatory insults about my family member's CHILD who has cerebral palsy and never got banned. He was very upset that he could no longer milk that child's SSI check and was relentlessly trying to cyber bully us on the old topix.
