My husband and I were talking the other day and I said I miss the bookmobile coming in this town.
When I was a kid growing up, it came every 2 weeks and you could ask for books and they were brought to you. I love to read. I have a lot of books and I even read cookbooks. Lol.
I enjoy my Kindle or Amazon on my tablet but there is nothing like a real book.

Right! There is nothing like a real book. I also love the smell of freshly sharpened pencils and nothing else compares to the smell of opening a new box of crayons! My granddaughter loves drawing and coloring with me! Tomorrow is bookmobile day.

I love when it is back to school time and going to get school supplies even though my kids don't need crayons or some of the stuff, I love to look at it.
I should go to library today and stock up on a few things with all the suggestions that have been given.

I am reading 'The Next To Die' by Kevin O'Brien. I discovered him last year and have read almost all of his books. I love those "keep me awake all night" page turners!

I must confess I took a break from reading books... my brain needed a break. I read too many. My brain is in overload. I just read news now. Overload reading. Is the word read or read?

It is a good one! Hope you are having a good day. Are you busy getting ready for tomorrow? I know I won't have much time to read since I will be busy in the kitchen this evening. Busy reading cookbooks.

Our local library has a huge book sale in January and July.  I go and try to pick up some good books. I bought one called Mamie's Love Letters from Ike. It looks like a good book about the Eisenhower's relationship.

I am going to start it next week after I get done with some things around here. I will let you know. I read a book by one of Ronald Reagan's secret service guys. It was called Riding with Reagan and he was one of the few who could ride horses and was chosen because of that. Another book was called Five Presidents about a secret service agent who had worked under 5 presidents. I love to read books on Ronald and Nancy Reagan.

Ok, the dictionary has alot of information I read on occasion. I always wanted to get a thesaurus, that would be a good book.

There's an old movie, about a law that makes people burn books. Cant think of the name at the moment. The main character, was trying to save the books.
