Could of been Lake Erie Speedway in Northeast Pa (about 20 miles from here) they were NASCAR sanctioned but not anymore.Everybody around here promoted the heck out of it. Not sure.

When I left there I went by the Seneca headquarters, a tall building.
On I 86 in Salamanca NY is a Seneca Casino, that's the only tall building I can think of that says Seneca on it and you can see from the road.2.35 here and 1.25 on the Rez today
