Why would one need a pay phone in a Hospital - They have free WIFI, and there are phones available to utilize for anyone not owning a cell-phone.

Are these phones easily asscesible in the hospitals? They need to have phones in the lobbies. Not everyone has wifi, alot of the elders don't even knoe what that is.
