Anyone ever hear of "Preddles"? If so do you have a recipie for it to share? Preddles is and old German ground meat. It is usally made from scraps when butchering hogs and beef kinda like sausage. It includes beef heart primary and meat scraps pork & beef. The main ingredient is oatmeal and meat kinda like meatloaf. The ground meat mixture is seasoned I think mainly with salt, pepper, and a lot of allspice. This then is spread thin in a frying pan and fried till crispy mainly to be served for breakfast, but good anytime. It is so delisious it will give you an orgasim! LOL
