I am no church goer by far but I always keep a higher power in the forefront. Something made it all happen.
BTW Do bullets dodge? hehe.......If they do then you had better believe in something that *lets* them do that. ;D
I've always thought a bullet dodging someone was a more apt phrase than a someone dodging a bullet.

I don't know for sure if a god exists or not. I am more inclined to say that there is intelligent life elsewhere that could have mistaken for gods at one or more times in our history.

-One thing I do though is that I carry on with life as if there were a god-
Good answer.
So you do believe in a god?

Prove it.
This has already been sufficiently covered.
There is no supernatural beings, nor gods, as they tend to be in too much of our likeness.

I have never seen an entity, be it ghosts or anything supernatural. Show me proof there is such a thing. Bet you can’t.

No proof either way. Whatever you choose is an act of pure faith.
And that’s all you’ll have - faith and not fact.
No disrespect intended, but I very much differ in your opinion. I require evidence that not one person has ever provided.

It's sufficient to me and your right to differ.
Agreed.

Alright I have a question for Cyg and positronium.. No answer still good..

What gave us knowledge ?  Lets be honest humans are pretty slow and i highly doubt they could make a starship all by themselves... So...

What or how did we obtain knowledge...

Through trial, error and daily discovery of our ignorance.
Good answer.

Trial and error.
And why not? We made the space shuttle and even went to the moon on an ICBM. What makes you so sure we can’t or won’t?

I think that it is going to take more than human ingenuity to get humans to the stars, however.
That greatly depends on another that comes into existence like that of Albert Einstein to rewrite the books on space missions. And sorry to burst your bubble, but we have the ability of solar sails, nuclear engines and other technologies that are in the works, so it’s not beyond our grasp. However, nothing will ever turn up in relation to Star Trek, but it’s not beyond our understanding when we only need time in which to prove ourselves.

You didn't burst my bubble at all. I know all about their latest tech, solar sails etc but the biggest thing that constrains the Human is time in regards to traveling to the stars. I am still rooting for them even though they have a long way to go in order to learn the full scope of the physical properties of the universe.
That is where they will need some help because it is not, for much of the part, what they think it is.
And the universe is nothing of what you think it is either my friend. It is beyond even your comprehension, or you’d know of everything, yet no one does.

Through trial, error and daily discovery of our ignorance.
So, for millions of years we drew on caves with rocks, then within a very quick burst we got smart through trials , making weapons and destroying our home without saving it... Earth is a magical strange place...

I know, but I have a better understanding of the universe than most Humans do.
Are you omnipresent, omnipotent, and did you create all you see and hear?

“The oldest known cave painting is a red hand stencil in Maltravieso cave, Cáceres, Spain. It has been dated using the uranium-thorium method to older than 64,000 years and was made by a Neanderthal.

Cave painting - Wikipedia”

Trial and error means you have no such abilities my stubborn friend. 👋😁

If we are gonna pull out the clay tablets... Let's do...

Speaking of caves, great point by Cyg, weren't there drawings of gods and dinosaurs? I mean shouldn't we look at it everyway instead of just one way.

The beast is knowledge, it becomes everything. Technology, we built it or did it build us? Kinda makes you wonder. Without it we are clueless to a bucket of water...

Not really.  I just have a better understanding of the universe than most Humans do.
How do you have more than humans do? Please clarify? 🙏

You need to clarify your question.
I did. But I see you’ll never really tell the truth, right?

I’m not into a game of deflections.
So much for honesty.
