A bagged salad with Italian dressing and 2 beer brats in a pool of mustard ... no buns.  That's all I ate yesterday.

I am under 180 pounds.  (I weighed 213.5 on my scale January 2).  Maybe 15 pounds more to go.  This has been a total breeze.

Well done NC Yankee !
What are beer brats ?
Tonight I think I will have a simple pasta dish, sprinkled with grated mature cheddar cheese.

You boil bratwurst in beer for 10 or so minutes and then, when my dad owned a bar, he'd leave them overnight in a big mason jar with the beer, in the cooler, and then next day you grill them to sear and finish them.

I just buy Johnsonville  beer brats ... they aren't as good as homemade beer brats, but I like Johnsonville brats the best.  My local grocery store makes a couple kind of german style sausages (and Italian ... a bunch of other kinds too) but I like Johnsonville the best.  I eat brats year round ... it's not a summer food for me, like for a lot of people.  I sometimes make them in a pan on the stove with potato O'Brien in same pan.  I grew up eating that all the time.

Last night I had a Costco ribeye, some watermelon (Costco has these mini watermelons ... two in a bag ... had one last night ... that is sweetest watermelon I have had in a long time ... it's keto friendly in moderation), some almonds, and shrimp cocktail.

I eat so much cleaner and healthier on keto diet.

Chiken leg quarter, boiled potato cauliflower.

Gotta start eating less, to avoid less trips to the grocery stores.
