I agree with you there. Still, I wish I had written down a lot of what she made.

Maybe try googling them. They might come close to hers anyway.

Well, you like chicken, but what about eggs?

Only when I get a crave for them. I can make deviled eggs.

I tried that, and when I read the ingredients and methods, it didn't interest me.

I'm a creature of habit.

Yeah I hear you there, but a close ingredient is better than nothing I think.

I crave them too often, and like them all kind of ways.

I use to have a neighbor that made fantastic deviled eggs, and she would send me a large oval serving platter loaded with them.

I never made them.

Then I'd rather be close as I can myself.

People from the same country make their own versions by region.
Some parts of Italy they only made Ravioli filled with meat, not Ricotta cheese.

That sounds good, I buy those canned ravioli Chef Boyardi, not so good.

This is true, they are alot of work to me, so only make them on occasion, just the basic ingredients, nothing fancy. How do you make yours?

Better off buying a bag of frozen ravioli, and a jar of red gravy/sauce.
Hunts spaghetti gravy/sauce in a can is not bad, not bad at all.
What brands of frozen pasta/ravioli is sold in you area?

Potato Gnocchi is good and cooks fast. When they float to the top they're done.

You need to also add mustard, vineagar and sugar in the yellows! The sugar and vineagar need to
be just right. Mix it all together and taste before adding to the yokes.
