How did you make the chicken? Roasted is the way I like chi qtrs. I coat it in oil, put salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary.

Yes. Also like the thighs made the same way I said before.At one time was able to get 10 lb bags through a butcher. Already disjointed.I'm a Frank's Hot Sauce person, but Crysta's not bad.Don't eat them as much as I use to. Had 3 deep fryers.
Dark meat is tastier,Same with Pork.I would get a shoulder pork, de-bone it, season it, roll/tie it up.Would chill them, and put them on a meat slicer for homemade pork sandwiches
