How did you make the chicken? Roasted is the way I like chi qtrs. I coat it in oil, put salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary.

Sounds yummy, will have to try it that way. I just pop them in the oven with seasoning on bake.

It's been a while. Did the taller one have anything to do with it, or was there a joke they were playing on the boy virgin?

It was just a joke.

Reminds me of a line in a movie, and leave that skin on the chicken! Can't think of the movie right now, and there's some other great parts in it, like the golf cart going into the pond.

Yes. Also like the thighs made the same way I said before.

At one time was able to get 10 lb bags through a butcher. Already disjointed.
I'm a Frank's Hot Sauce person, but Crysta's not bad.

Don't eat them as much as I use to. Had 3 deep fryers.

Thighs are good too, and more meat on them.

Dark meat is tastier,

Same with Pork.

I would get a shoulder pork, de-bone it, season it, roll/tie it up.

Would chill them, and put them on a meat slicer for homemade pork sandwiches

Not as much as I would like to, but grew up in a family of good cooks.

When my Mom became immobile I was her hands and legs in the kitchen.

Some of it sunk in, but I wish I had written things down.
She never looked at a recipe, kept it all upstairs.

Good cooks don't need recipes.

I agree with you there. Still, I wish I had written down a lot of what she made.
