Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Breasts covered with Beer Batter & Breaded With Italian Bread Crumbs and smothered with Italian Meat Sauce Marinara, and covered with Provolone, Mozzarella & Romano Cheeses and served with Side Of Spaghetti....

The Homemade Marinara Meat sauce highlighted with my choice of herbs & spices
Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme & just a pinch of Sage After the sauce is made with all these spices and herbs let it rest and absorb the flavors....

Serve With Salad......and Garlic Bread

Don't forget the Italian or french Loaf with Virgin Olive Oil & Red Wine Vinegar and some of those herbs mixed in the vinegar & Oil for dipping the bread....

You Must try This it is So so good..... 

Need the recicpe just ask.........

Chicken Donte'

Fry Chicken Breast (skinless) in Veggie Oil & Worcestershire Sauce
Then add in Onions and Peppers with more Worcestershire Sauce & Water
Cook down until onions and peppers are sautee'd (Add water & Worcestershire Sauce to prevent burning if necessary)

Make pot of minute rice and add a bit of butter and sugar when covering the rice to set

Serve the Chicken and Sautee'd Onions and peppers over the sweetened rice....

Quick, Easy and good for dinner......
