A Miami fan posted on reddit "we got pummeled by Wisconsin before it was cool."

Lmao.  We beat them 35-3 in last years bowl game.  Last year was a bad season for badgers too.  Worse in a long time.

Wisconsin just made Michigan state look like a cupcake team.  38-0.  4th shutout in 6 games.  Their defense has scored more TDs than they have given up.

Ohio State game in 2 weeks should be a good one.

Might have to face them twice. Good luck...

I think that might be to our advantage.  I think OSU will win if they get big plays from poor tackling and busted coverage, like they did in the first half of the big ten championship game in 2017, which we still had a chance to win.  This badger team is a lot better than that one.  As long as badgers don't give up more big plays than they get, I think badgers win.

So even if they lose this first game hopefully it will allow them to get used to the team speed OSU has and be more prepared if we meet in Big ten championship gAme.  Badgers still have to get past Iowa and undefeated Minnesota who is looking better and better to make big ten title game.

OSU makes me nervous, but from reading reddit OSU fans are getting nervous too. We are both afraid to play each other.  That's why 4 team playoff sucks.  It's not fair.  Both badgers and OSU have played like top 3 teams in the country  and one of them has to lose.

Dunno about Iowa but the Gophers look like a fraud to me, I watched them barely beat GA Southern. I do not see the Badgers losing to them...

I don't think OSU is going to be able to win if they have to get a bunch of first downs and methodically march down the field and I don't think they can stop the badgers consistently enough from doing that.

The 3rd quarter of this last game with MSU, had two drives ... first was by MSU (they also did a fake punt and got 20 yards on it ... their most yards on any play of the game, lol ... got into field goal range only for two sacks to knock them out and make them punt).  The second by the badgers used up the entire rest of the 3rd quarter and they scored a TD on it during the 4th quarter

OSU isn't built for that type of game.  I think they are going to need big chucks of yardage to beat Wisconsin and that's not going to be easy cause Wisconsin gets pressure and has 23 sacks and have knocked out multiple QBs from the game.  We might have best linebacker Corps in college football.

Wisconsin has outscored its six opponents in the first half, 152-3 And that 3 points was due to a player holding a Michigan player on a punt and then getting the ball back.  They have only given up a total of 29 points ... so pretty much every point badgers have given up was garbage time with the game already over and even back ups playing for experience.  No teams have even attempted an extra point on them when they did score a TD, cause they have been so far behind they've all gone for 2 pt conversions.  Has there ever been a team that didn't give up one extra point 6 games into the season?  That nuts.

This team is elite this year.  If any team is gonna go into the horseshoe and win, this is that team.  Best RB in college football and if you stack the box for fun we have a good enough QB for once and good receivers  who will make you pay.

I can't wait for that game!  It should be excellent.

They usually play us tough. Northwestern too.  They played us tough this year ... they always do it seems.  A northwestern fan on reddit said it's not so much that they play better against us but they make us play crappier like them. Lol.

That game next week is  gonna be on Fox, my bad but the shine has been taken off for next week and that loss hurts the Badgers.

Yeah, that was rough.  I was not feeling too god about badgers chances after what Ohio state did to northwestern and given how badgers played this game, even if they won.  Badgers probably have to beat Ohio state twice now to get into playoff and if they can't do that, I'd rather see Ohio state go and win in all.

I told my son at the half badgers might lose after the half on our way home from the store when it was 20-14.  He laughed at me.  I said no they can,

They went up 20-7 and I felt good.  Then badgers missed a pretty easy field goal.  Then it was 20-14 and I had a bad feeling. Then it was 23-14 and badgers had ball on IL 15 yard line and Taylor fumbled.  A lot of things had to go wrong this game for badgers to lose and they did, but IL played tough.  Unlike the Chicago bears and Matt Nagy's bonehead moves, I can't really point to anything to be upset about.  Just one of those games.  It's hard to go undefeated in big 10.

Wisc was a 30 pt favorite and had beaten the Illini 8 straight times. Lovee Smith seems to have them pointed in the right direction, they scored 25 straight against Michigan before tiring out, I watched that game as well.

They may do wellagainst OSU, this was what was called a "trap game"..,

Yeah.  That's what I'm thinking.  We'll see how it goes.  It was exciting to have hope we might make the playoffs while it lasted too.  It's been a fun 7 weeks and I've looked forward to the games.  So I am thankful for that.

I wish they would expand the playoffs so one loss isn't the end of your hopes, tho.  We aren't bama and can't afford a loss.

The Tide is not out of the woods yet, LSU is better than they were last year and Auburn is good as well and Auburn  play at home against them.

Penn State will be a good opponent for OSU, Northwestern is bad this year...

Well it was nice having hope Wisconsin would maybe make playoff while it lasted.  Ohio State took them out to the woodshed.  Our o-line looked terrible.

Oklahoma hoes down to k-state.  Good for k-state.
